Dr. 理查森 has appeared as recitalist and chamber musician in several venues in the north Florida area, including the St. Augustine 音乐 Festival, the Chamber 音乐 Society of Good Shepherd, and the Friday 音乐ale, in addition to on-campus performances.

Dr. 理查森 is currently 音乐教授 and Director of Orchestral 活动 在杰克逊维尔大学. She teaches courses in Orchestral Conducting, Violin and Viola Pedagogy, and Violin and Viola Literature, as well as coaching the Honors String 四方. Dr. 理查森 is actively involved as both a violin and viola performer, appearing regularly on faculty and student recitals. Under her direction, the Jacksonville University Orchestra and 杰克逊维尔大学 Camerata are vibrant ensembles that perform repertoire of diverse musical styles, from Baroque to contemporary. 除了 to presenting six major concerts on campus each year, the JU Orchestra and Camerata have also participated in sound track recordings for the Film Department, and collaborations with theatre, opera, musical theater, and choral productions, as well as off-campus 整个佛罗里达州的演出. Dr. 理查森 is a member of the American String Teachers Association (ASTA), the Florida 音乐 Educators Association (FMEA), the Florida Orchestra Association (FOA), the College 音乐 Society (CMS) and the College Orchestra Directors Association (CODA), for which she served as President during the 2022-2023 academic year.

Dr. 理查森’s past conducting experience includes the University of North Florida Orchestra (a program which she began and developed) and the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestra (Associate Conductor), where she originated the Premiere Strings Orchestra and later served as conductor of the Repertory Orchestra.
